Manipur Assembly Election 2017: A Fight between Two National Parties Manipur goes to poll for the 11 th Assembly elections in two phases on March 4 and 8 respectively, while counting will be done along with that of the other four states—UP, Punjab, Goa, and Uttarakhand—on March 11.
